Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern all photography and media services provided by HunterV Photography ("Hunter Vermeer") to clients in the Dallas–Fort Worth area. By submitting a booking request or making payment, you agree to these terms.
1. Services
HunterV Photography provides real estate photography, drone photography, video tours, 3D virtual tours, floor plans, virtual staging, and related media services. Specific deliverables are confirmed at the time of booking.
2. Payment
Payment is due within 15 days of photo delivery. Final edited images will be delivered digitally upon completion of the shoot. HunterV Photography reserves the right to withhold final images until payment is received in full.
3. Cancellation
Cancellations made with 48 or more hours of notice are free of charge. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled shoot will be charged 50% of the package price. Cancellations made within 2 hours of the scheduled shoot, or no-shows, will be charged 100% of the package price.
4. Rescheduling & Property Readiness
A flat $75 rescheduling fee applies any time a shoot cannot proceed as scheduled — whether due to a last-minute reschedule request or because the property is not ready for photography upon Hunter's arrival (e.g., not cleaned, not staged, inaccessible, or locked out). This fee covers travel time and scheduling costs regardless of reason.
5. Weather
Shoots may be rescheduled at no charge when conditions would materially affect photo quality — such as heavy rain, storms, or severe overcast. Hunter reserves the right to make the final call on whether conditions are suitable. If either party initiates a weather-related reschedule, no fee applies.
6. Copyright & Usage Rights
HunterV Photography retains full copyright of all images and media produced. Upon receipt of payment, the client is granted a non-exclusive license to use the delivered images for real estate marketing purposes, including MLS listings, social media, and print marketing. Images may not be resold, transferred, or licensed to third parties without written consent.
7. Property Access & Client Responsibilities
The client is responsible for ensuring the property is clean, staged, and accessible at the scheduled shoot time. HunterV Photography is not responsible for the quality of images resulting from a property that was not properly prepared.
8. Delivery
Edited images will be delivered within 24 hours of the shoot date. Delivery times may vary for video tours, 3D virtual tours, or other complex media services, which will be communicated at the time of booking.
9. Satisfaction
HunterV Photography is committed to delivering high-quality work. If you are unsatisfied with your images, please reach out within 48 hours of delivery and we will work to resolve the issue.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes shall be resolved in Dallas County, Texas.
